1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold one (1) siri888 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated bonuses and winnings.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. siri888 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password for your siri888 account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including customer service representatives.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Notify siri888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Information

All information provided during registration and profile updates must be accurate and truthful. siri888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or misleading information, without any compensation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at siri888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). siri888 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

• Digital Transfer: DuitNow

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you.
• Siri888 does not accept deposits from third parties or companies.
• Any deposit suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals to FPX bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours subject to bank operating hours.
• The first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Siri888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 24 hours.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Siri888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the respective promotion.

5.1 Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

All bonuses received by siri888 members are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover conditions are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. In general:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under conditions stipulated by siri888.
• Siri888 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected to result from fraud, system error or manipulation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the siri888 Customer Support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and no active investigations are ongoing.
